"I always enjoy staying at this hotel for its convenience. The staff are consistently pleasant and accommodating, especially for a property tucked away in the Bronx. My only suggestion would be to vary the breakfast options a couple of times during the week adding items like omelets would be a great touch 😊"

"Good evening, I am writing to formally report an issue that occurred during my attempted check-in on May 3rd at approximately 9:15–9:20 PM. I initially arrived without a reservation and was advised by the night manager on duty to complete my booking online. At no point during this interaction was I informed of any restrictions, policies, or circumstances that would prevent me from being checked in after doing so. Relying on this guidance, I immediately made a reservation online and was charged $170. When I returned to the front desk, I was then denied service. I was also told that statements were made that I did not make, which added to the confusion and concern about how the situation was handled. Additionally, the interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. As a result, I incurred a charge for a reservation that I was unable to use due to conflicting information provided by staff. I am requesting: 1. A full refund of the amount charged 2. A review of this incident, including staff conduct and communication practices I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution. Thank you."

"Since they have a rooftop bar upstairs. They do not have security guards or anything protecting there venue. And their elevators have no security access tap. Anyone can have access to any floor at any given time. During my visit on the night of 5/2/26. A lady from the rooftop bar was so incoherent that she fell asleep in the elevator. As the elevator came to my floor I stepped in to ask how she was doing. She started cussing me out but couldn’t even get up. Then she tried to follow me around in the lobby limping and stumbling. I asked the front desk to call police or something since they didn’t have security. They didn’t do anything. This hotel has no respect for its paying customers. Will not return. For $300/night you do not get treated well. They looked at me like I was the crazy one. I even asked the front desk to have a manager speak to me when they arrived. And no manager ever emailed, called or texted me. I assume this type of event happens often. Don’t recommend staying here for anyone that needs a safe hotel to stay at."

"Room had a dirty towel still behind the door in 202 pretty gross. But the staff was great and the breakfast had a waffle machine which was cool but no protein. Just cereal and bad bagels. Parking is really easy."

"The entire experience was great. Raquan?and David? at the front desk were excellent!!!! They were attentive to our needs and very helpful. Customer service was A+++! The valet service with Akil and Dario was exceptional. They were both very helpful, professional, and had good suggestions for things to eat and do! The location was great, food was good, stay was relaxing. Overall visit was awesome!!!!!"
