“Everything is excellent with this place. Host was extremely accommodating in turning down the temperature to make us comfortable, it was unseasonably warm in Minnesota that weekend. ”

“Kitchen was well stocked. living room and dining room was comfortable. Beds were a little firm, but we would definitely stay here again. We were in town to work the fair. It was convient to Target, LA Fitness and easy to get around. ”

“You can't ask for a better location. So near to a lake, walking path, conservatory, a zoo, and beautiful gardens around the neighborhood. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are very good. Bathroom in first floor drains very slow. More space for dining and a table to play games would be helpful. We also were able to find places to eat within walking distance (15 minutes or so). We also saw public transit around the area. Access to the managers was easy and prompt. Please check with them before……

“We had an excellent time. The location was so close to everything in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. The owner was extremely responsive! Very clean place - welcomed our dog (small). If you’re going to have a glass of wine in the evening, bring your own wine bottle opener. I highly recommend a stay here. We will be back! ”

I grew up on the East Side of St. Paul, and lived in this neighborhood in my 20's.This location is within 20-30 minutes of everything in the Twin Cities. Communication with the owner was timely.
