My fiancee and I spent a night after our engagement at this property and it was everything I was looking for and more. The Topoanga town is great to explore as well. Samantha was responsive, very accommodating to my needs, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would come back!”

“My sister & I stayed in the Airstream while our 3 adult children stayed in the Carriage House. We had one pm that we lost power but Brooke immediately addressed & fixed the issue the next morning. The grounds are beautiful and we took advantage of the pool & hot tub. Highly recommend this property. You will have a great time!”

“Amazing location in Sherman Oaks abutting Canyon. Charming little spot. Host is lovely. Pool area undergoing work. No sink in kitchenette. A guest information book would be a nice addition.”

“Great spot with a nice vibe. Unfortunately there was heavy rain during 2 of our 4 days in the canyon. Some water dripped through the roof onto the bed, but was resolved by moving furniture and using a trash can to collect water. We also lost power to some of the outlets and stair lights for the last couple of days. Having said that, we had a blast with no real issues. Our rental car was a large SUV, but we had no problems with parking or driving on the switchbacks.”

“We were attending an equestrian competition at Los Angeles Equestrian Center. The apartment is very close to the grounds and just a few minutes drive to get back over to take care of the horses, etc. We will be staying there again when we come back in September. NOTE: while the reserved parking is great.....if you're driving a big truck that you've used to haul your horses over, it's a tight squeeze....but does work!”

Perfect for Universal Hollywood in particular - which was our main reason for visiting.
