"Comfortable and clean"

"Worst thing, not enough hot water for a two minute shower. Tiny room, not really anywhere to put luggage. Loose floorboard in the middle of the room. No real coffeemaker in the room just a kettle with nowhere to really plug it in. Coffe urns in the lobby always seemed to be empty when I wanted coffee. On the good side the bed was very comfortable. "

"We stayed overnight with our two toddlers and absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly and kind, and the included breakfast was great. Our kids loved the game room (we always appreciate a play-til-you-win claw machine). We’re definitely staying here again so we can try out the indoor pool."

"The hot tube was great. The breakfast was OK, but it would have been better if we had not waited until the last minute to eat."

"Lots of history to this place and its gorgeous. Our favorite stay thus far in Vermont. Staff was super friendly. Beautiful room, huge jet tub and shower, lovely electric fireplace, and so quaint! Downside was that there were no curtains over the blinds on our windows, so we woke up with the sun."

"Hotel is beautiful but for the price that’s paid I expected more than just being able to look at a village. Some of the activities on the calendar didn’t exist. The kids were looking forward to them. After skiing there was nothing to do"
