“We were happily surprised with our rental. We didn’t know what to expect and were quickly charmed by this little farm house. It had many updates and yet, many original features. It is nestled among other little farms and yet, within 5-10 minutes of a grocery store. The host provided plenty of towels, bedding and amenities that were helpful to our stay. We went to the lake and sequoias, but also enjoyed a few walks in the evening. There were plenty of animals corralled at neighboring farms, but...

“THE COTTAGE WAS PERFECT FOR MY HUSBAND AND I AND OUR SON AND HIS FAMILY. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND THE DECOR WAS WONDERFUL. THE GRANDKIDS ESPECIALLY LOVED THE YARD. THE WEDDING WAS AT THE SPRINGVILLE RANCH WHICH IS JUST A FEW MINUTES AWAY. THIS WAS THE PERFECT PLACE TO STAY TO BE NEAR THE VENUE. THANK YOU FOR AN ADORABLE PLACE!”

“Here's a summary of our 3-night stay for a party of five: Location & Safety (10/10): The setting is beautiful and feels very safe. We loved the surrounding mountains and citrus trees. Parking (10/10): 5 spaces for cars. Very convenient. Cleanliness & Pests (2/10): This was a major issue. While the home was tidy upon arrival, there was a rodent inside.
