"The property was well kept all around from the room we stayed in, including the communal areas. My group and I noticed that the room’s cleanliness was always maintained by staff which we deeply appreciated. We were well informed regarding shuttle commutes and amenities and ultimately well oriented considering it was our first time staying at this location and city overall. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay."

"The check-in was an issue because my reservation was cancelled! I didn't cancel it, but the reservation was marked in the system as having been cancelled, but not by whom. The manager finally "un-cancelled" our reservation and all was fine after. Room was nice, clean. Breakfast was fine, and the shuttle was good, though it's important to know it's only once per hour."

"It was awful. The property was filthy. There were white granule,of I’m not sure what, all over the floor. The countertops were stained with food or something. I had to take out my Clorox cleaning wipes and wipe down things. The tub had brown dirt spots on the outside. All the corners in the bathroom were dirty. It was a mess. I walked out front of the property to walk to a restaurant and mouse ran across in front of us. I have never experienced anything like this. The black woman working the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was by herself and handling a non stop stream of guests with a smile on her face. She was the only good thing about our stay. "
