“We stayed one night for a friend’s celebration. Everything was lovely. The owners were very personable and the hot breakfast brought to our room was delicious! If we visit the area again, we’ll definitely stay there!”

“Stay was great. Ignore previous negative review as Expedia had not billed me at time of reservation. Bear in mind lobby closes at 6pm. Staff, Michelle, was awesome. Only negative was that the media player remote had corroded batteries and did not work. Was able to hook up our own fire TV stuck eventually after figuring out the complex tech setup. But these were minor things. Fantastic value, great rooms and very clean. ”

“Everything was fantastic, my only suggestion for improvement would be water & vending. The vending machines lacked snacks, only a few options to choose from. The soda vending machines only had cans for $1.50 each, and no water bottles. The water fountain was blocked by the vending machines, so my only water source was the sink or convenience store. Otherwise, everything was great, I got to have the dog with me for a very small pet fee, staff was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable!”

“Never ever take this hotel.....it's the most disgusting hotel that we ever stay before!! I even got itching after sat on the couch! By the way, we'ad booked for 4 nights for 2 rooms , but the front desk sent us an invoice and asked us to check-out (paid everything upfront)on the 4th morning; although we're more than happy to leave it, but who is going to return me the difference?”

“The staff were wonderful. We got caught in the blizzard Sunday Dec 28. I 35 was closed at the clear lake exit and I booked us a room at Americas best value inn. There was a long line up of people hoping to get a room. The staff stayed calm and polite as one by one they got us all checked in. The next morning there was a lovely breakfast and hot coffee all ready for us. The lady that was doing everything (from what I could tell) was so friendly and hard working. I would stop at this hotel……
