"Room was clean, had expected tolitries, breakfast was good. Adjacent to interstate so some road noise but didn’t bother me and did not really notice it. Cannot beat the price. I believe it was built in 2025."

"Had appointments for my Granddaughter at the University Clinic and booked the suite with 2 TV's. Price was good. The sitting area was nice to have so we could spread out. Parking was nice, area was close to the clinic and tons of my favorite stores and restaurants right across the street. Would definitely book again. Staff was great and hotel was very clean. There seemed to be someone cleaning every time was walked through the lobby. If you are from out of town wondering which hotel to book, you won't be disappointed here!"

"Great stay near Iowa City. Located almost in like a promenade surrounded by plenty of options for eating and even shopping. It also situated on wetlands and part of a bike trail so my partner and I went walking every day. Awesome stay. Would definitely go back."
