“在达沃，住过的几乎所有的酒店，服务人员都很诚实、善良。 但是这家酒店的服务人员除外。 我指的是餐厅那个男服务员。 作为直接这家酒店的住客，我们在餐厅吃饭，结账时他竟然额外加收了我们百分之三十的服务费！ 事先不加以说明，结帐时也没有说明， 当我们发现多收费用的时候，他才说这是加收的费用。 感觉这部分是费用是他个人私自收取的！ As guests of this hotel, when we were eating in the restaurant, the waiter actually charged us 30% extra! The cost of the meal was only six hundred. He charged us more than nine hundred! Nothing in the restaurant indicated that there would be a service charge, nor did he warn us before we ate. “Very nice. Low key and chill. It's different from the box hotels im use to. I really like it. It is very clean and the staff is amazing. It is minimal but very nice and well maintained. The room has a firm bed a flat screen tv and small table with 2 chairs and a mini fridge. The bathroom has a nice large toilet with a large shower/tub. They will cook for you for a very small fee. They also got me a taxi to the airport. It is very close to the airport. Maybe 3 to 5 min. They have drinking……

“Breakfast is great, especially the dilis and the chicken lumpia. It is Filipino breakfast but they have other options too. The room is clean. The AC however is not as cold as I want. But the staff are very polite and nice. Very accommodating. The location is everything. There is konichimart around the corner. I love their rice toppings. I would definitely go back there.”

“I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My husband is just recovering from 2 surgeries and room has no private bathroom when it was disclosed rooms have private bath. Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions.”

“第二次入住，上次只住了一晚所以感覺不錯，此次連住一週可以深入感受到此住宿的優劣各方面。 優點房價便宜，有室外泳池，員工都很友善，位置近NCCC MALL及MTS乘的士往各處150P左右 缺點室內水壓不足，大廰各處蚊患嚴重，房價不包早餐而向員工表示付款享用早餐，員工拒絕。”
