"The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was a standard hotel room. The housekeeping staff does a great job making sure the room is clean. The overall property could use a refresh."

"The hotel was under major renovation in the public spaces and potential guests were not made aware of that before booking. The hotel public spaces were very dirty, expected to eat in a nasty conference room where a guest brought a huge dog into the breakfast space, no services such as restaurant or bar was available in common spaces. No soap was left in the room and the most annoying was issues with no television service for three nights. Contacted front desk several times concerning the television service and asked for compensation and all I received was, “sorry”. "
