"We had a very nice stay at Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix. The room was fantastic—clean, comfortable, spacious, and had great amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning staff was also wonderful and did a great job. The included breakfast was okay and had a decent selection. Some of the food was cold, and a few items needed to be refilled more quickly. I think the kitchen staff could be a little more attentive to keeping everything stocked and warm, as well as a bit friendlier with guests. That said, it wasn’t bad at all for a complimentary breakfast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the room, amenities, cleanliness, and service from the front desk. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed the breakfast, rooms were little small but super cozy and well maintained! Staff was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel! No bugs, weird smells just a great stay!! We stayed 3 nights. They even let us do a late check out (at 2) due to the plane leaving at 4. Much appreciated."
