“Room could be upgraded. ”

“This property is completely outdated in some of its rooms. Things are actually held together with tape. No comforter on the bed they did have a blanket in between two sheets that was on the bed. Stains on the furniture very bad things on the furniture. The room I stayed in the door had a gap in it wide enough where you can see daylight out into the parking lot. I happened to walk around the outside of the building on the front of the building and the Eve is riding off the front of the building.……

“We had to wait almost an hour for someone to showup to sign in. ”

“Bathroom in very bad condition”

“Elevator didn’t work, we were put on second floor with our puppy and had to walk him up and down the stairs every time we went out. We paid extra for a balcony, but were never told it was shared by neighboring rooms, so our sliding door was accessible by all other rooms, not very private! Very old, run down room, with stained carpet and uncomfortable mattresses. And they didn’t give us any towels, only bath mats and wash cloths. When we asked for 4 towels, for our 4 family members, they acted……

“When you arrive at the motel, your first impression is what was I thinking. The outside is not an indicator of the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms are very nice inside and i'm a very picky traveler. Beds were very nice. Actually, the whole experience inside was wonderful. Nice little cafe next door to get food. I would spend the night there again.”

“I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.”

“Rooms are ok, but are a bit small. Bathrooms are extremely small.”

“The doors do not latch with out slide chain lock, only have one channel. The bathroom always has water in the floor from shower drainage and the room has a nasty odor. The front desk lady when checking in, she charges 25 dollars to check in before 3:00PM. I don’t shower there or take my shoes off.”
