"Room was okay. The water pressure in the toilet was awful though. Sometimes it took 2 flushes just to get toilet paper down. We were still in our room when housekeeping wanted to come in the morning so garbage and towels werent done. My husband went to the front desk to ask for some new towels later in the evening and he said the lady seemed annoyed that he asked. The housekeeper who brought them was friendly though. Breakfast was also okay. They did keep everything stocked. I would've liked to see a bigger variety but understand it was continental. Its a longer walk to splash lagoon. I wouldnt stay there again unless the other 2 connecting hotels were fully booked."

"The pictures are deceiving. The entrance is as pictured and if quite nice. But once you get past that area it’s not so nice. The hallways and rooms are dark and dreary. We got to our room and was Instantly disappointed the room was small my daughter and I could hold hands from the 2 separate beds. But we said it’s one night we will deal with it. About 1-2 hours later my daughter pulled down the bedding and the sheet was covered in mold and trace of blood. That was a wrap for us. We ended up booking a room down the street for a little more but so worth it. I tried to get a partial refund and it was denied. "

"The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word under her breath and got upset bc I pointed out that I heard her and told her may God bless her anyway. Why are you upset that you are being called out on trying to overcharge me and disrespect me. I had to stay bc the room was non refundable through Expedia or I would have left. The next morning I went down for coffee, went back up and my room key didn’t work. I was giving the third degree to just get a working room key. They had to change our room because the tv not the AC was working. Would you know the next morning I go down for coffee and a bagel and when I went back up my room key didn’t work again and I had to get a new one again. I usually enjoy staying at Hilton hotels but this will be a never book again hotel for me. Now that we have checked out I’m relieved. So much for Springbreak being hassle free."
