“I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. We were told we could check into the rooms at 3:00PM. We came back to the front desk at 4:30Pm and 2 of the rooms still we not ready. Those 2 groups had to take less quality rooms on the top floors. When we came back to our the second night there was a large roach in the floor near the refrigerator i told the guy at the front desk about it and he gave me a card to the General Manager and said call her. I figured she would care as much about the customes as he did……

“Breakfast was great”

“Rooms very clean. Common areas not so much. Weekend we were there a lot of teenagers so that might have added to the common areas being dirty”

“Place was absolutely stunning! Such care on having tons of extras to make the stay easier - shampoo, conditioner, tons of thoughtful items for the kitchen.”

“Overall cleanliness.”

“房间很大，床也很大。有微波炉和冰箱，但是没有杯子（幸好自己带了），更没有餐具，空调无法关闭，似乎没有wifi。边上有个小购物区，有快餐店，但是没去过。”

“The room was not very clean and there was hair all in the bed. The place is not very well lit at night and is kind of scary with people hanging out outside and it being dark. The curtains didnt close good so you could see in. ”

“I did not actually stay here so I can’t review the facilities at all or the staff/room/cleanliness. Made reservation online sight unseen (single traveler, female). Drove up on a Friday evening to check in and saw some sketchy appearing people loitering around and walking around outside. Decided to eat the cost and stayed elsewhere for my piece of mind,”

“Staff was extremely helpful and the grounds were well maintained. The breakfast exceeded expectations”
