“Clean room good communication prior to arrival”

“The hotel is part of a historic inn which was very atmospheric. We stayed in a family room for 3 people and the room was warm and cosy and welcoming as we arrived just before 9pm and it was a bit chilly in the countryside. Breakfast was excellent and in a nice dining room in a genuine rural setting. Service was friendly & excellent.”

“We arrived early and our room was ready to check in which was super as we had a wedding to attend.parking was available which was another plus for us. Staff were inviting and friendly. Room was inviting and comfortable. Lovely shower! Loved the bar snacks and lovely breakfast. Ideal location for us in the middle of shops cafes etc. ”

“On arrival at Bell Cottage we were met by occupants who directed us around the corner to the owner's house. The owner was not in but able to communicate via the Ring doorbell. We were greeted warmly and told where to collect the keys to a different property with en-suite and a shared kitchen, situated to the the left of the owner's house. So a bit of confusion to start with, but the attic room we occupied was lovely, cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay. ”
