“WiFi connectivity is virtually nonexistent and dead bugs are commonplace. The reception was rude and begrudgingly assisted with an inoperative room key and assigned a room with twin beds as opposed to the king sized bed I requested. When I complained and requested a switch he tried to make excuses to not give me what I asked for but relented after a somewhat lengthy disagreement. The stay was uneventful afterwards but I will be staying elsewhere next time.”

“There was a person sleeping in the gazebo one morning when I left my room, I also checked in early and was charged an early check in fee for a room that was empty. I felt like that was something that could have been waived. Also my key cards didn’t work after the first day and when I went to get them fixed the front desk person asked me why I was given a room in the dungeon, I also had several people on my floor slamming doors and yelling in the hall way past midnight.
