My stay was brief, but intense. I got there in the evening, was warmly greeted, and given a lovely quick tour. The place is amazing. Then I was shown my room, which is much, much prettier, and more comforting, and welcoming than it had looked in the photos on the website. (And it looked very nice in the photos; but they didn't capture the reality.) It was clean, luxurious, stylish, and it didn't feel at all like a hotel. I've never seen reviews this off the charts but now I know why! Totally great hotel. Felt brand new. Pool outstanding. Clean. Everything was quite literally perfect. Look it's not the Four Seasons but for this class hotel it's nicest I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in hundreds!!!)

The staff at check in and check out were both nice and helpful. The room was very clean and just what I needed for my stay. Some of the furniture could be updated soon just from normal wear, but that’s to be expected. Everything was still useful and clean. I appreciate having an air conditioner that can be controlled in the room. Location is convenient. The three big name gas station/convenient stores are all within an half mile. Overall great stay. I would certainly stay here again.

Rooms were spacious at an affordable price. The only downside was that the feont desk clerk left more to be desired in the customer service department.

It was good and clean. The first room I had was clean but the TV wasn’t working and so went to the receptionist and he gave me another room and it was also very clean. My only issue was a couple of critters was in there so they definitely need to start bombing those rooms especially since they may have ppl who live there and they may not be clean.

The property is unique and the decor is very artistic and interesting. The attention to detail was wonderful and the accommodations were very nice.
The area is less than 10 min walk to the main drag in Hamden where there are many nice restaurants, and it was quick to get a rideshare. It was a little less nice in some of the surrounding area though.
My main frustration is that I had to download an app to get the door codes. AND they sent only the numbers but no instructions. There were two...

The only complaint I have is the parking. I wish it was on-site to enhance the experience. Otherwise, I was pleased and will be booking again the next time I am in Owings Mills.

My stay at The Hotel Ivy was an experience I will never forget. This charming upscale hotel makes you feel welcome from the moment you step out of your car. This is 5 star elegance in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant, high tea, rooms, and complimentary services are first rate.
The staff at The Ivy Hotel are exceptional. They take the time to know your name, your preferences, and make you feel at home. My best friend and I equally enjoyed getting to know the people who...

This is an outstanding place. It’s no accident that they have earned a Best of Baltimore award 12 years in a row. Gracious hosts, delicious cooked breakfasts, the run of a Victorian mansion stuffed with beautiful antiques and interesting memorabilia from the host’s remarkable career in the US Navy. Tranquillity is breakfast on fine china, crystal glasses and silverware, listening to Mozart and studying the intricacies of the model ships on display. Highly recommended.

THis hotel and its shopping/office complex are like a quiet oasis in the middle of Baltimore. Very peaceful, excellent service, and super convenient to the university area.
