"A great hotel for resting and relaxing after a long flight. Frequent complimentary shuttles to and from the airport were very convenient. Staff were excellent. The only complaint I have is with the lack of proper pedestrian sidewalks and accessibility outside the hotel. Walking to stores and restaurants outside the hotel can be a bit dangerous during rush hour as there is no proper cross walk nor continuous sidewalk. "

"Tiny and basic room. Quite a bit of a walk from the nearest train station. Nothing in the area of the hotel too, there is a family mart in the hotel but it is not open 24hrs. Some vending machines for drinks available. The rooms are too small and not particularly clean, i wouldn't stay more than 1 night, it would not be comfortable. But the shuttle bus to narita airport is very convenient (need to book in advance). We only ever use this hotel if we have really early flights out of Narita airport the next day."
