“The place was great, had all the kitchen items needed and more. Living room very cozy. Main shower is huge; can easily shower with a couple small children if needed. Seating area outside was nice, great anytime but perfect for those coffee mornings and evening wind downs. Beach access was 4 minute easy walk. Get on Empie from the rental road and walk straight to the beach access point.”

If you are wanting the fancy Adams mark or Holiday Inn keep driving. This place is super cute super clean run by super folks. It’s a shame begin history has push small businesses like this out. “Loved the location and the access to the beach. The area was beautiful and while the motel is older, they’ve kept it very nice and clean. My daughter, our dogs and I stayed. You are on the very end of the island, which I loved but that does mean a lil drive to get something to eat. My only con is I wish they provided a few extra towels. They provide one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per person. Had I known that I’d have brought some from home (you can ask for more for a fee).……

“We booked Sea Vista for the first time knowing that it was a refurbished 1950s motel and expected nothing more but we were surprised! The cost was fantastic but the oceanfront view from all of the rooms was the best. Jonathan and all of the staff were so very helpful and there if you needed them - if not, they left you alone to enjoy this peaceful place. There were numerous times that we were the only ones on the beach! Sea Vista has no elevator, no crushed ice machine, no breakfast buffet, no……
