It’s stocked with all the cooking equipment we need, there are games for kids and adults, the house is clean, beds are comfy, and there’s room to spread out. And the view! "Beautiful view - great space (looks just like the pictures). Far enough away to not deal with crowds and to enjoy peace and quiet, but only a 22 minute EASY drive to Pigeon Forge. We loved the deck and porch with the rocking chairs and the outside table to enjoy meals together. The Keurig wasn't working (and I need my coffee, LOL) -I alerted the host and a new one was waiting by the front door when we returned from our outing- No problem! Great communication and we will be back. "
