“Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m.……

“Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine. “Very nice home in a great location. It was clean, and quiet. Home sits within 5 mins of the strip. Great communication with the host. We especially enjoyed the extra large hottub, and a balcony on each level. We will definitely be back again.”

“The condo was nice, with only minor, cosmetic issues, and the view was beautiful. The roads were steep with a couple of sharp turns more easily navigated by smaller vehicles.”

“On the second day the hottub got cloudy, slippery, and smelled like rotten fish. They made us pay for someone to come and change it. That was after days of calling and someone telling me they would be there the next day and never showing. The master tub jets shot out lots of mold when I turned them on so that was unusable as well. Overall it wasn’t a comfortable stay.”
