“Hotel was close to Cades cove which was nice but that’s where it ends . The hotel desperately needs upgrading . The bed was as hard as a rock and our bodies hurt so bad for a few days after . The pillows need upgraded desperately! The coffee is terrible but it is included so it is what it is . 150 plus on a week night for a room from 1970’s if that’s your thing then this is the hotel for you . Staff was friendly ”

“The room was really nice and clean. We had a two bedroom with a kitchen and a small like living space balcony. Plenty of space.. staff was really nice and accommodating. Outdoor pool was really nice. We will definitely be going back very impressive.”

“The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.”

“Couldnt really see the scenery for all the growth”

“The condo was nice, with only minor, cosmetic issues, and the view was beautiful. The roads were steep with a couple of sharp turns more easily navigated by smaller vehicles.”
