“Stayed in one of the three cottages for 1 week. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location to Smoky Mountains, restaurants, and shopping.”

“The room was nice and clean, but the property is rundown, going to our room the wood decking was peeled and worn, the railing paint was all chipping off. Two of the pools were green and closed part of the time. The property needs a face Fit for the money they are asking for rooms. The suite we were in had little supplies, no dishwasher and little cleaning supplies. Staff was excellent and friendly. It is a great location.”

“Beautiful cabin and great food. I have a bad knee and the staff at the restaurant made me park in the gravel, which was a little scary to walk over with a big dog. However, everything else was great and I will be back.”

“The unit was very clean and there was plenty of room to spend out. Loved the kitchen and balcony. The pools were great.”

“Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”

“The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.”

“Our experience here was absolutely what we were looking for . A little confusing with the doors . But all together a good .”

“This cabin is in a great spot and was definitely set up for kids teens and adults... lots of things to do locally but they also had games for The kids...I lived the fact they had a master bed room on one side of the cabin and 2 bed rooms across the cabin... the water pressure was low and we weren't able to light the fire pit more due to weather... it was quite, clean and a great set up.... woulda loved a jacuzzi but it hit everything else...”

“Everything was great. Didnt have time go hit the pools, but its ok. BEAUTIFUL Property. the landscaping is awesome. the bathroom was awesome. Very fancy for the price point. worth it. my only complaint was the basic cable tv. get a room where you have cable, or bring a firestick or something 🙂”

“Very enjoyable stay. House was as advertised. Easy parking which is hard to come by in the area. Only complaints was one bedrooms mattress was broke on one side and unable to use.”

“On the second day the hottub got cloudy, slippery, and smelled like rotten fish. They made us pay for someone to come and change it. That was after days of calling and someone telling me they would be there the next day and never showing. The master tub jets shot out lots of mold when I turned them on so that was unusable as well. Overall it wasn’t a comfortable stay.”
