“Great place for a quiet stay clean rooms and nice pool.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. I get it is not a 5 star hotel, but the wifi was hit or miss. We noticed a lot of gnats, fruit flies, and sugar ants in the room. I was a little confused about them telling us to come to the lobby for breakfast in the morning and it was just a simple continental breakfast. I tried the coffee in the room beforehand and tossed it because the coffeemate creamer packet was bad. For $163 a night, not worth it.”

“The office closes early. I arrived around 8 pm and had to call to check in. The process was easy once I reached the person but I didn't receive instructions in my email. I liked the three pools and the grounds were nice. Centrally located in Townsend, with approximately 20-30 minute drives to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.”

“The cabins are so nice, and well equipped. The on-site restaurant was awesome! It’s within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We loved it and will definitely be back.”

“Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”

“Our experience here was absolutely what we were looking for . A little confusing with the doors . But all together a good .”

“The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.”

“Everything was great. Didnt have time go hit the pools, but its ok. BEAUTIFUL Property. the landscaping is awesome. the bathroom was awesome. Very fancy for the price point. worth it. my only complaint was the basic cable tv. get a room where you have cable, or bring a firestick or something 🙂”
