“Great little property for staying in townsend for a couple days. No frills, great price and very near grocery stores and restaurants. The room was immaculate and well updated for the age of the structure. Its a nice step back into private entry style motels.”

“My stay was fine, even if the price was a little high for the value. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, with easy access to restaurants and GSMNP. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully manicured. My only complaint was with the included breakfast. It was not served until 8:00, and the only items served were breads/pastries, cereals, hard boiled eggs, and drinks. No hot entrees, no fresh fruit, no yogurt, and……

“The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.”
