"Très bel hébergement! Il manquait peut être un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. De plus l’annonce indiquait pour 6 personnes mais n’avais de la place que pour 5 personnes (par chance nous étions que 5). Mise a part ces petits détails tout était parfait. Nous avions oubliés une montre et le personnelle c’est occuper de tout pour nous l’envoyer par la poste! Nous avons grandement apprécier le temps qu’ils ont pris pour nous répondre rapidement et procéder a l’envoie! "

"The room was clean and I love the shuttle service they provided from pick up and drop off between hotel and the Toya JR station. All hotel staff were very nice and the only regret we had was that we only spent three nights in December. We booked the skii class at the site and the instructors and staff were fantastic as well! I highly recommend this place! "

De plus l’annonce indiquait pour 6 personnes mais n’avais de la place que pour 5 personnes (par chance nous étions que 5). Mise a part ces petits détails tout était parfait. Nous avions oubliés une montre et le personnelle c’est occuper de tout pour nous l’envoyer par la poste! Nous avons grandement apprécier le temps qu’ils ont pris pour nous répondre rapidement et procéder a l’envoie! "

"Booked the deluxe room with private onsen. While having a private onsen was the best part of the room the rest of the room was subpar. The mattresses are very thin and are quite stiff making for restless nights, and the shower is outdated and could not adequately hold a single temperature at one time fluctuating throughout. The breakfast at the hotel is very minimal and last seating was at 9am which is the earliest I’ve seen at any hotel. It is understandable that most individuals will be trying to get on the mountain first thing, they should accommodate for a later breakfast time as some people may want to sleep in, especially after a heavy day of skiing. The ski in/ski out lockers are down a large flight of stairs then down more narrow stairs to get to the mountain, which is fine but they should put rubber matts on top of the concrete so guests don’t damage their equipment in the ski locker area. Hope they are able to continue to update their infrastructure to compete with newer properties and make the guest experience better."

"Very unique check in experience and service and views are great. The only issue I had was the ac in room cannot be calibrated to cool meaning that the room is excessively hot. Even though it’s cold outside it would be good to give guest flexibility to change to aircon to a comfortable temp in the room. (It is an in room control, but the hotel locks out the function and only allows for hot air to be used)…."

"Great room layout, good ski out location, run to ski in a little challenging. Much more a condo development than a true hotel though. Difficult to get ski edge service in the on property ski shop, although fine for wax. Parking a little expensive. Breakfast was a weak point,.lack of variety and quality overall at the price point. In house restaurants great quality but pricey and not everyday eating. Short walk though to other options in Hirafu. Only one towel per person per day a little stingy, Onsen not truly an Onsen (no mineral water), so fundamentally more of a large hot bath. Daylight to room better than expected with Premium Suite on first floor, was concerned about proximity to ski and boot room but had no issues."
