"The room is huge… given that it’s a service apartment. The washer and dryer made a lot of difference to our trip at Rusutsu. The area is clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Mountain View is definitely amazing, especially during winter. While it is a bit of distance from the main resort area, it is walkable (or you can just drive there if you have a car) and sheltered all the way from the Vale to the main resort area. Will stay here if I were to come to Rusutsu again. "

"Hide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!"

"It’s the best ski in out hotel in japans Everyone is pleasant .food is unbelievable. Rooms are clean and spacious.so comfortable. There is a strong need for a special lane pass for hotel guest in the ski field as people that don’t stay in the hotel clog up the lines first thing of the morning "
