“非常喜歡整個飯店的設計和服務人員的服務，若是晚餐點有更多選擇就更棒了！”

“這間親子飯店大部分都很好，房間很大，有適合大童和小童的遊玩設施。但這間飯店並沒有洗衣機烘衣機，由於我們前一天去玩水，無法處理濕衣服，很困擾，我們只好帶著全家的濕衣服去搭飛機，這很佔行李重量。 另外check in 時需要排隊，我們是星期六入住，排了40分鐘，才完成check in 手續。”

“很好。大堂有點歷史，但所有設計有更新。大浴場很舒適。”

“This is not the traditional type of big, luxurious Japanese onsen hotel but it’s new, relaxing, airy and chic. In room bath is great with amazing view from the room. Food (Japanese western fusion) is good and staff is friendly and helpful. There is a noodle bar which opens until late and is impressive for a hotel of this scale. The overall design is modern and chill. It’s a good place for urban getaway. The neighborhood is very quiet too. Outdoor onsen water is not hot enough which is worth……

“We’re staying in a shared room with multiple beds today. The hostess was very thoughtful and prepared an empty bed for us to place our luggage. There are several eateries and snack shops nearby, and parking is quite convenient. Unlike the crowded city, this area is calm and spacious, with pleasantly mild weather—perfect for unwinding and relaxing.”

“We booked Room C and we stayed at Room B, not sure about the difference but the sauna didn't work which was disappointed. We notified the owner and we didn't get any compensation. ”

“It's really so nice, and the two front desk staff also kindly offered to drive us to the train station when it wasn't convenient for us, which truly touched our hearts.”

“Big room, clean and tidy Dinner is quite good, not much choice for breakfast, but it’s fine Very nice staffs Onsen facilities are nice with reasonable size The most valuable - they offer sake at lobby for whole day. And free draft beer at dinner. FYI, there are few stairs at lobby.”

“room is nice but there were few dead bugs on the floor when we checked in the hotel. The phone wasn't working so I have to go to the counter to ask for support. After the support came the phone still not working so we have to use our cellular phone to call hotel for all the hotels related questions and support. I wonder what if the customer doesn't have the option to make local calls then they will need to visit front desk each time when they have a question.”
