This property has been shuddered for a year. Why is it still in Expedia? When you arrive, there is a dirty old hand written sign that says: go to the UpTop motel. This is 2 star dump. We found our own accommodations which was not easy. I got a notification that the hotel was switched just hours before we arrived. Yuck!

We were transfered to a different hotel without anyone there to assist us. We booked a hotel.with breakfast but the hotel they transferred us into do not even have coffee. Felt so terrible. Bad service.

2 hrs before arrival we were informed that the hotel was closed and our reservation was moved to a very subpar motel Bryce Uptop Lodge. We were charged the red ledges rate however this motel only 1 star with no eminitys. No breakfast, no coffee, no staff, no toilet paper and a broken down full size bed. All other hotels in the Bryce Canyon was full so we were left without a choice. Worst experience I gave had through Expedia. Only good thing is we didn't have to sleep in the car.

BUYER BEWARE. Red Ledges has shut their doors and was unable to contact management to refund the 2 evenings I reserved for 9.13 and 9.14. I had to find alternative hotel space, with no notice given by Red Ledges. Expedia tried to help me, but they were unable to contact management. Will I ever get a REFUND…

This lodge was a disappointment. The conditions of the outside made us first believe it was a closed facility. The young eoman at the desk could not answer any questions. She kept saying she would have to ask her boss, who was not there. The carpet was badly stained and looked dirty. We had to ask for glasses for water in our room.

I hope I can give this hotel ZERO star. Their Wi-Fi never worked during our stay. The television didn’t work either. The front desk opens only 3-7pm so no one helped with any requests. The carpet is as dirty as a trash bin so we didn’t want to walk with bare feet. It was our worst experience ever.

We had two rooms for our family. TV didn’t work in both rooms. Internet also not working. We let the front desk know around 5 pm and were told they would call the manager. I checked at 8pm and told he was still coming (no show) breakfast is from 8-9:30 so that wasn’t an option. No coffee or anything in the room and lobby closed.
