Exquisite small boutique hotel. Outstanding service, beautiful rooms and grounds, wonderful food. The beach itself was also perfect. It’s located south of the noisy nightlife section of SoTu and across the street from Nu - an incredible Michelin restaurant. Highly recommend!

Amazing boutique property, lovely beach location. Restaurant onsite has great food. All the staff from the bellboys,valets, waiters were incredible, super friendly and helpful and would remember all our names. Isabel on the front desk was great with us and made us feel at home.

My stay at Encantada Tulum was more than excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the soaps/shampoo smelled amazing! And the food/beach amenities were perfect. Would highly recommend, especially if someone is looking for a peaceful vacation.

Our stay here was wonderful. The food was so good. The service was amazing, especially Paula and Isabel. They answered our many questions, took care to make sure we had food when we were out early in the morning and gave us great reccomendations. This place is so beautiful.I would highly recommend it

The service at Encantada was excellent. We had an amazing time and I would definately recommend this hotel. Food was great, very easy to walk to get dining options. Transportation was a bit pricey and drinks. But excellent service

I didn't get a welcome drink and the shampoo and conditioner were not the greatest quality. However, the hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful. The room was lovely and very clean. The staff were very welcoming and eager to assist.

From check in, to the friendly and helpful staff & concierges that always go above and beyond. I can’t recommend this beautiful property enough! It’s an 8 room property and private beach. The rooms have their own hammock outside (which I stayed in for hours), and the decor is serene and conducive to an amazing experience. I can’t wait to return and bring all my girl friends!

Encantada is Heaven!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful in every way. The rooms are beautiful and smell so good! Food is great, drinks are great, and the beach is right there!

Untouchable in Tulum

Absolutely perfect!! Great location on the beach, wonderful friendly people who attended to my every need with big smiles, and excellent accommodations (clean, comfortable and private suite. Don't look anywhere else; this is the only place to stay in Tulum!
