“El lugar es hermoso y el personal simplemente maravilloso, tomen en cuenta que hay muy poco personal que habla un poco de inglés por lo que en caso de no hablar Japones recomiendo que lo hagan a través de la plataforma sin intentarlo por su cuenta pues no recibirán respuesta por parte del hotel en inglés hasta no estar en las instalaciones del mismo, ya una vez que estás ahí la atención es todo un apapacho como experiencia y sabiendo la historia del lugar es un inolvidable recuerdo hospedarse...

"Excelente lugar, muy bonito concepto, te sientes en una cabaña, nos tocó viajar en invierno, por lo que te recomiendan usar un onsen público, este se aparta fácil en una libreta con horarios que tienen en recepción y puedes entrar tú con tu pareja sin ningún problema, sin embargo yo disfruté también mi onsen privado al aire libre estando a -4 grados, excelente lugar a mi gusto"
