“Location is great, breakfast big portion, the hair dryer in the room is very old and melted on the tip and the side. I showed the picture to the front desk nonchalant reaction. Other than that it a great place.”

“原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！”

“I did not use the gym or pool or eat breakfast…..but the room was spotless, tv worked and was quiet (rm 413). But I especially want to point out the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly! I was there 2 nights and everyone was very responsive. I want to point out Dylan who went above and beyond in helping me! Would definitely stay there again!”

“The first night I killed 3 roaches and have pictures, asked the staff and cleaning lady personally I didn't need housekeeping working 7pm to 7am and didn't want disturbed. Still knocked and woke me up everyday. I would give negative stars if available and would rather sleep under a bridge then go back there.”
