“Stayed at this location to attend a concert at Spectrum Center. This was a short walk there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer luggage storage, nightly receptions, and free (really good) breakfast. The rooms are a really good size and have a microwave and mini fridge. I would definitely stay at this location again. ”

“My experience at The Element Hotel was okay. The staff members were polite and very accommodating. My room was clean and prepared upon my arrival. During my stay, my bathroom lost power 3 times which caused me to not have the lighting I needed when I was using the restroom area. The staff was always helpful when I shared that my power was out, but I feel that it was an inconvenience. ”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. They moved me to a different room after I let them know the TV in my room wasn’t working. The only problem I had was that there was a party in the lobby/bar area one night and the security guard stopped me as I was getting off the elevator to go to the lobby where the snack bar is. He told me the party was at capacity and I couldn’t enter the lobby. However, that is the only entrance to the snack bar too. I had to explain that I was a guest and wasn’t……

“The lobby area always smelled of grilled food and this was not an appetite stimulating aroma. The room was clean. The staff were very attentive and addressed issues quickly. The power shade was broken on check in and was repaired within minutes of notifying the staff. We also had an issue with our door lock. The battery went dead. Again within minutes the issue was resolved. Just do something about that lobby oder. It is not appealing. ”
