“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“I paid for a superior room with king bed with the photo clearly showing a desk and chair. My room did not have any desk or chair. Only 2 of the 4 elevators worked when I checked in, with no apparent effort to fix the others. On my last day, only one elevator worked while hordes of people were waiting on every floor to go down, including many with luggage. We had to ride all the way up to the top on the sole working elevator to make sure we could squeeze in as there was no other way to make it……
