"My family and I have stayed here many times and we’ve never had a negative experience. Staff are always friendly. The property is easy to access off the freeway, but tucked away and private. Rooms have always been clean and the beds are comfortable. The Front Yard restaurant is consistently good and conveniently on site. There’s also a complimentary trolley that takes you to and from Universal Studios."

"Very good experience, there was construction happening but you couldn’t hear it from the room at all , only in the lobby. The only problem we had is that we found a blood stain on our pillows. We contacted the front desk and they replaced it within 10 minutes"

"The room was small but clean. Fridge was an added bonus. You are charged $25 for parking per night and the parking lot is tight and small but you can also park at the sister hotel next-door if worse comes to worse. Staff was really friendly. Though it was a fast turnaround trip I felt safe and comfortable for the night."

"Great outdoor pool & seating area for a family vacation. Having 5 separate bedrooms at this cost was also a huge plus. The home could have used some additional care (floors were a bit dirty and floors in bedroom off of pool/laundry room are in rough shape). The bedroom off of the deck/laundry room needs black out curtains as well."

"Great location for groceries, pharmacy, coffee shop, restaurants, and less than a mile to the freeway. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood in Studio City. My family & I planned to visit Universal Studios, so it was a quick drive (under 15min). It was nice stay with my parents and 2 kiddos, so having a spacious living space and blow up mattresses was very convenient. It was great to have our vehicle in a designated spot versus parking on the street.My suggestions, which are somewhat similar to other reviewers, were sent directly to the host."
