“all good ”

“Good”

“The hotel employees are very friendly and efficient. The perfect facilities of the hotel made the staying comfortable. The spa pool is my most favorite. There is a Vons across the street with some little restaurants around. I’ve recommended the hotel to my friends.”

“First, we are not being informed of being given a connected room with noises hearing from next room. Second, the shower gel is missing in bathroom and the floor of bathroom is sticky. Third, the alarm is not reset to off and we are being woken up at 6am. Yet, the staff is nice there and help provide remedy.”

“Room was generally, reasonably clean, if seemingly on the older side. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Two issues marred an otherwise fairly decent experience. First, our first morning staying here, we found two bugs in the room that may have been small roaches. We advised the front desk, and it seemed like our room may have been sprayed during the day in response to this, but unfortunately this cast a bit of a pall over our remaining experience, prompting us to ultimately check out a day……

“Room decoration is very poor”

“Perfect location loved it”

“great bed quality, the hairdryer is really awesome. ”

“Price for pets/parking too high, facility is very limited for a 5 star hotel”
