The property was beautiful and well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We chose the W Unlimited package and the food was great, very tasty, high quality, and much better than other “all-inclusive” experiences I’ve had at other resorts."

"Our stay was great overall! The hotel was nice, and we really enjoyed the spacious pool area. While the pool could use some upgrades, it was very large and never felt overly crowded. It’s also a great resort for families with kids. The food was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the dining options. We had the all inclusive. The entertainment was okay, although the audio definitely needs some improvement. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return. Unfortunately, the beach was closed during our stay due to hurricane season, so we’d love to come back another time to enjoy the beach and experience everything the resort has to offer!"
