The walls are a little thin and we heard another guest in the next room snoring (earplugs were provided. lol). There was competition for the shared bathroom in the morning. The breakfast is more grab-n-go than continental. Breakfast items are not laid out except for the coffee. The room was nice and comfortable. “The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “VERY BAD EXPREAICE”

“I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. The owner was very nice and helpful. ……

“Very basic motel, but extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were simple but clean and each has a turntable! In the lobby there is a large collection of vinyl that you can borrow. Thanks!”
