“This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. ”

“The host Matthew was very accommodating and responsive. We had to delay our trip a week because of the wildfires and he worked with us. The apartment was clean and as advertised. The location was convenient with access to Hollywood and West Hollywood restaurants and things to do. We used it as a base to take several day trips which worked out great. The tandom parking was also welcome since our daughter lives nearby. The only thing we were disappointed in was the gym but we found an LA Fitness...

“Overall, it was a good stay. Communication with owner was good and she was quick to reply to all questions and concerns throughout the stay. The size of the place and amenities were perfect for what we needed. However, cleanliness could be greatly improved. The yellow couch in the living room was very stained and there was debris all over the floor throughout the apartment, which made the stay feel uninviting and slightly uncomfortable. “I will start with the positive information. The location was good--walking distance to Melrose Street and Santa Monica Avenue. There was a place for parking, although it was a tight squeeze and I would suggest having a smaller car. The kitchen was fine, with relatively new appliances. The shower was great--nice and strong. The bed was comfortable and clean. When we arrived and walked in, it was warm and humid. The stench of cat was awful. There was only an air conditioner in the living room...
