"I was disappointed in this hotel and I’m confused about the high ratings. It’s certainly not 4 stars. The photos are misleading. There were no lamps in the room. No individual toiletries as indicated in the photos. Unstocked bar fridge. Dirty shag rug. Uncomfortable bed. Dated TV with no instructions for use (it’s possible to remove the dubbed audio from some channels but it’s difficult to figure out how to do this). The smoke detector or other device on the ceiling flashed bright red all night. Besides the shag rug, it was clean but the room had a very strong cleaning product scent."

"After booked, received checkin info you have to have Covid 19 positive result??? Have to re login frequently for the WiFi. Foot pedal for trash bin broken we have to lift the lid by hand. Shower drain cover rusty and does not pop up, we have to take it out so water can drain slowly. Room is not sound proof, I can hear everything from next room."

"Really nice stay. Perfect for just feeling safe and needing a place to rest while you explore during the day. Gated property. Which is nice and tons of parking upstairs and downstairs. Very clean. Staff was helpful. 20 min from Centre. Great."

"It's fine. If you need a place to lay your head before a flight, go for it. But a couple important things to know: the onsite restaurant is breakfast-only (despite being listed as "open 24/7" online), and the area is a total food desert. If you don't have a car, you're pretty much screwed food-wise. You're going to want to go grocery-shopping before checking in, or get ready to Deliveroo a lot. Also, your room won't come with a fridge unless you book "premium". And even then, it's just a fridge and coffee maker, no microwave. But I want to reiterate that it's a totally passable place if you just need someplace to sleep before your flight at Amerigo Vespucci. Clean enough, very friendly staff."
