“Clean and comfortable ”

“Very quiet cabin, perfect for 5-6 people to spend a long weekend or even a week. Although Acadia is a good 50 minute away, I would not hesitate to stay here if visiting Bar Harbor region again. ”

“We had a nice stay we would stay there again we like to walk allot and it was a god spot to walk to town from but it is not a short walk to town but we liked it. I think it is a good place to stay!”

“This is a great find for the location and value. I was very pleased by how well the room was cleaned and maintained. The motel itself is towards the end of Main Street so everything is very walkable and within minutes from Acadia National Park. ”

“A great place to stay in Bar Harbor. Easy walk to downtown shops and restaurant and great choices across the street for breakfast and lunch . The rooms were large and very clean. Would stay again!”

“Hot water was a bit slow to get. It’d take about 5 minutes for the hot water to even start when using the shower. Other than that, this property was very nice. Cute little cottages with everything you’d need for a hiking vacation. The owner was very responsive and nice. Great amenities on the property too which you don’t see in many other places. Will certainly book here again in the future if we return to Acadia. ”

“Staff was very welcoming and helpful, Did a very good job at showing me my room and where everything was located. Room was very nice, clean and quiet. I liked the newer Heat pumps to get a quiet perfect temperature. Bed was comfortable and shower had good hot water & pressure. Would have been nice to have coffee available in the room or at least in the same building. The end tables in my room were super tippy due to kind of an odd design. Not very useful for putting stuff on because things would……

“Elsa's is the exact example of an "old farm house" bed and breakfast that everyone looks for. Great, off the beaten path location, serene location and sea view, and a hostess that you just want to sit with and have coffee and home made cookies. Our room was cozy, clean and quiet - great view of the thick forest behind it. ”
