“Staff were great and friendly”

“The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good”

“Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice.”

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The place is very clean. I loved the dining area though small. Nice decor on the table . Decent breakfast”

“The room was clean. The bed pillows were not as comfortable as my home pillow. The pool was small, but we were the only ones using it. There is no hot tub. Breakfast was always hot with a good variety of good food.”

“Passing through on my way to the coast. Room was clean and up to date. Had a specific area for the dogs to walk. Everyone was nice, food was okay, beds were comfy, I’d stay again.”

“They placed us in the room right next to the ice machine and pool. It was okay, but a little noisy. It could definitely us some updates.”
