“The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good”

“Check in was smooth. David was helpful. Thin dinner menu, but Sunday breakfast was generous. The pool was clean. Parking was easy and the area was quiet. The halls had new carpet. The bed was comfy. That said, the room was stuffy and I could not get the window open. It appeared the fan on the wall unit wasn’t working. Also the curtain would not close fully.”

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“Very old and dated hotel/motel. Bed had little support, old bouncy mattress that sunk in the middle. The toilet seat was very old and looked like it was painted to make it look clean but it was scratched and worn and dirty looking. How much does a new toilet seat cost? Carpets stained and dirty. No elevator. Very dissatisfied. ”

“The staff is soo good there. Its our third time, and we wont be choosing anywhere else. The front coordinator was soo nice, the cleaning staff is laughing an having fun. Everything is spotless. I honestly think there underpaid probably by how amazing they are the few times weve been there so far. Ill be there every week for a bit until i leave state for work, and ill be looking for ihg everywhere i travel now due to this lacey, wa location. :) someone needs to recognize these staff. ”

“I got an old, dirty and smelly room. But the front desk service and the restaurant are not bad.”

“Located right off I‑5, the property offers easy access, though the room also exposed to traffic noise. Cleaning services are only provided upon request.”

“It was not what we expected not really place for kids .... its extrnded stay lot different people .”
