"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The bathroom smelled awful, and the shower curtain was dirty, which was very off-putting. The pillows on the bed were extremely hard and uncomfortable, more like rigid cushions than actual pillows. The air conditioner was another major issue—it made a loud, constant noise that made it hard to relax. To top it off, the receptionist was unkind and seemed to be in a bad mood, which left a terrible first impression. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they address these issues with cleanliness, comfort, and customer service."
