“Nice corner unit apartment with a very welcoming host. Professionally managed unit, too. It's possible to drive, take a train, or even drive to a ferry to get into Manhattan from here (if you go outside of rush hour, it might take 40-55 minutes). Bunk bed is squeaky, so prepare for that, but otherwise everything is intact and quite nice. ”

“Hey, we were dissatisfied with the property so we left, we didn’t even stay. There were multiple issues, the pictures in the listing did not accurately represent what was actually there. The front door was very difficult to open and close, my family felt unsafe and did not want to stay due to being unsure if the door would stay closed and locked while we were there. The fire alarm in the hallway was constantly beeping so we weren’t sure if it was working properly therefore felt unsafe. None of……

“I and my adult son and our two dogs stayed at this listing for two nights in early December 2023. It's for a quick first visit to NYC for my son, and a short break from work for me. Everything in this listing was great, except for one thing. It's difficult to sleep, or to stay asleep, for both nights of our stay because of the noise from the unit directly above. The sound the feet of whoever in that unit made was so loud that it's impossible to ignore. It's not the fault of the hosts, of course,……

“Host had double booked using multiple calendars. I found this out 1 hour before we were supposed to arrive and 1 hour after our check in time. Customer service was also not helpful and didn’t call me back. Thankfully I did get refunded but had to scramble to find something as an alternative day of which is always a more pricey endeavor. I will not be using VRBO again thanks to this listing and my experience. ”
