“Good stay everything you could ask for from a budget friendly hotel.”

“因为是带着孩子参加面试，所以找的是相对距离学校比较近的酒店。很小的酒店，没有电梯，房间也比较小，但是停温馨的。第二天一早遇上下了一夜的雪，边上一个老伯很热心地帮忙打扫车上的雪，特别温暖。附近不远就是一个购物广场，有沃尔玛，还有很多吃饭的地方。酒店后面也有，所以非常方便。”

“I am disgusted by the behavior of the general manager who hung up the phone on me. I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me……

“I loved the updated accommodations and friendly staff. I just wish I’d be surprised by something other than highly processed food for breakfast. It’s the new norm unfortunately.”

“The hotel wasn't even accepting reservations and Expedia booked me there. And I also paid a $9 insurance fee. Thankfully, I did not pay for my reservation in advance. I received no confirmation from the hotel or Expedia. The night before my departure, I looked for a confirmation and found nothing. I tried to call the hotel and the call went immediately went to voicemail with no outgoing message. The next day, when I arrived in the town and drove by the place, there was a huge sign out front……

“The hotel is very clean and bed is so comfortable. Besides the location is very convenient to the supermarket, bank and some fast-food restaurants! I enjoy very much of this trip!!!”

“The historic Inn is beautifully maintained and updated and provides a unique experience of staying in a home dating back to the 1600's. Breakfast was delicious and Megan the cook was welcoming and helpful. We always stay at the Black Walnut Inn when in Amherst!”

“The place was dirty with stained carpets. The room had poor lighting, no closet, no place to set your bags down, and smelled like pot. They did have coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby.”

“The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely……

“The Latchis Hotel is a wonderful step back in time. I absolutely loved the historic charm, the vintage record players and records in the rooms, and all the fascinating stories and history throughout the property. The staff were beyond helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind during our stay. That said, guests should know that this is a historic hotel, and some modern comforts are limited. Air conditioning was minimal, and our room was quite warm despite having fans. The shower water ranged from……

“The room was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet night's sleep as I believe I was the only one there. Breakfast was very plain and simple: English muffins and cinnamon toast, with no fruit or juice. Coffee was plentiful”
