“The room is too dirty. Their room is very bad, especially smell very bad. I absolutely suggest the hotel need reconstruction completely. ”

“the staff was good, I lost my keys and they gave us new ones without charging us. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and had everything we needed. my only complaint is the freeway noise from our room. I'm not sure if they reserve rooms where we can hear the freeway noise for people who make reservations through a second party versus calling them directly. I did ask for a room with less noise since you can hear the freeway noise upon arrival. when we open the door, we really couldn't……

“Not kept up well for a property opened 1 year ago. Han does of drawers falling off. Outlets not screwed in. Dark spots on caulking in bathroom. Lipgloss on bathroom wall”

“Nice hotel located in downtown. The town is not so busy but served as a good stop off. No available parking was challenging but there are nearby car parks. Nice breakfast.”

“My family and I spent the weekend here, specifically for the pool and it was terrible. Hairballs all over the floor, loose hair floating in the pool. A bunch of trash at the bottom of the pool. The hallways smelt like weed even though it’s a smoke free facility. Kids were running wild through the halls at all hours of the night with no response from the staff. Breakfast was not edible at all. Would not recommend coming here, sleeping in your car would be better.”
