"Overall it was ok. Small things were missing. No cups next to the sink. Only 3 towels(4 guests). Shampoo container was empty(front desk assisted within 5 minutes). These things you notice when you need them, so it would have been nice if they were restocked prior to arrival."

"We were moving our daughters into the University of Iowa and we had 6 people. I wanted us all to be together, so we booked the Family Suite 1 bedroom. It was very spacious and accommodated us comfortably at an extremely reasonable price. The parking is ample and there's a restaurant onsite (adjoining to parking lot), which served excellent meals with the most amazingly kind staff. There's a Kwik Star convenience store right across the street. The hotel served a continental breakfast, which offered a sufficient variety. The hotel is quiet, nice, clean and comfortable. Just down the road is a fun creamery to visit. Even though it's 30 mins from the University, it was well-worth the stay! I have to thank, Alex, for finding my forgotten pillow and mailing it back to me in Minnesota. I cannot thank you enough for your excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."
