“It was a welcome sign to look up and see Holiday Inn sign. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Pillows were small and only three for a king. Bed was extremely firm.”

“Yes a fresh breakfast, not hot, but there was a microwave, our suite room had a disgusting smell that wouldn’t go away… either something died, or huge mold issue, first response from staff was “sorry, but this is the only studio room we have”, not because of cleaning availability…. (This reservation was made 6 months prior) along with two other rooms. Housekeeping came to smell and couldn’t believe how bad it was…. They had a studio room that was just being completed from repair issues and gave……

“Dead cockroaches on the floor and one crawling on the wall and spiders had a good village on the wall . But the mane thing is came back to our room and the room door was open 3 times. All you had to do was push on the door and it would pop open . Had to carry all our valuables with us. Thank god the dead bolt worked when you were in the room. Did not feel very safe. We have stayed there several times. Not again .”

“Didn't stay due to deposit that I didn't know about plus took funds out before I had arrived was told won't pay until arrival. Husband needed bottom floor for medical reasons said only 2 and 3rd floor since we wanted smoking room. Not happy still don't have funds back. I told them that was all the money we had still no money we slept in our car. So they out a veteran on the streets last night. Good job,!”

“The beds were super hard. If you want a soft comfortable bed, this is not the place to stay. I hardly slept because the bed was so hard. Also, they have an issue with hot water. I was told that we had to let the water run for 15-20 minutes before we could get hot water. Ridiculous.”

“Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They did charge me anything when I brought my little chihuahua with me, I did have his kennel with me. Linens were all clean as well as the rest of the room and hotel. The deposit to stay was lower than anywhere else that In looked at. There wasn't breakfast but it made up for it by being clean and very quiet.”

“Over all a nice place to stay the only problem was there wasn’t enough hot water. Had hot water for the first night but the had to take cold showers for the other two days.”
