“The room filled the need of a cheap place to sleep. I'm not fancy, but do like a clean room. I went to use the toilet when I first arrived and there was someone else's urine already there! Obviously the room had not been cleaned very well after the last guest. The stairwell and hallways were dirty and smelled like wet dog.”

“Property seemed more run down than when we stayed previously. Room had stale odor, noise level from a group of guests next door was disruptive . Front desk responded quickly to quiet them. Very heavy footed guests above. Breakfast sausage was not heated through, there was no bread. A disappointing stay and we will look for other accommodations going forward.”

“It was a beautiful location, the bed was comfy and the room clean. They even accommodated our breakfast at 8 instead of the standard 9am because we had a whitewater trip and we had to be there at 9. Kyle was amazing and gave us good tips for around the area. Thank you again for making our stay memorable for fiancee and I.”

“From the moment we walked in we knew this place was great. The staff was very friendly and informative. Our room was very unique and spotless. Olivia at the wine bar was so friendly and informative about the wines and the place in general. This is a must do if staying in Jim Thorpe.”
