“There is no signage for the hotel and we had no TV the entire stay. This is not without efforts to ask for assistance. We had to communicate through Expedia which the only message we received back to our issues was a welcoming response. There were crumbs and food under the couch cushions which we needed for a bed. Our towels were still wet in the washing machine so we dried them. Reception other than one morning felt like we were bothering them yet when the manager turned his screen to show me……
