“We arrived at 11pm on 7/14. The desk staff that didn’t greet us when we walked up ask for our name. We gave him our last name and said our daughter had already checked in for us. He acted like that meant he didn’t need to hall us in any way. He never looked up at us or said anything useful to be helpful. We knew our daughter and child were already in bed. I asked if we could have keys. He asked for my id which I showed him and he gave one. He only spoke as little as possible and acted like we……

“Was sad to hear that the pool was closed they didn’t even advertise that it was under construction. Overheard from another customer that there were leaks in the room from the air conditioner staff was nice but did not like that the pool was closed”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was clean, easy to access, and well‑kept throughout the property. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help, which made our visit even better. We would absolutely stay again the next time we’re in Kentucky.”

“Room was very clean, parking was easy on site. My complaint - There is only one ice machine in the entire property and it was out every time I went to use it. I was in town working an expo, and I needed to fill up my insulated thermos each morning with ice so I’d have cold water to drink for the 10-12 hours I’d be working. Evidently, there was a kids baseball league that was staying at the hotel as well, and they would fill up their coolers with ice every day and then the ice machine would break……

“The shampoo and soap were empty when we arrived we called down to the desk and was told house keeping would bring it up shortly. They never did. The next day we called again and receive shampoo and soap at approximately 7:30pm”
