“I did not get to stay at this property. At the time of booking they told me it was available in error and my booking will not actually be accommodated. I said I understood and waited for the refund to be returned to my credit card. It's been two weeks now and that has not been done and my emails to the property have gone unanswered. Orbitz support as well has not been very helpful.”
