“The staff where friendly and the room was homely”

“Had a nice night at the George. Staff in the pub and restaurant were great. The room was large and comfortable. Bed was huge. Managed to park opposite on the public pay& display but parking could be an issue ”

“It was very exciting staying in a castle. We had the family room which was very quaintly laid out with a single bed in its own part of the small turret, through a stone arch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was served in a box in our room with loads of choice, and fresh produce in a mini fridge which was lovely. The area is stunning. “The Ettington Park hotel is an extraordinary English Family Castle with a great & long history. Our stay in this hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Despite belated arrival at night, we were all welcomed by their staff with thoughfully arranged dinner & wine & porter services of many bulk luggage. “On site parking for £10 very good value. We had one night, so effectively almost 24 hours. On street would've been way more. Third stay here, and the staff have consistently benn friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Take you to your room and leave, no hanging around thinking of a tip.”

“The hotel was very clean and well run. Breakfast was popular and very organised. This hotel has a lovely ground floor area for relaxing and is a short walk from Statford town centre. Our King room was soacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dated and a bit small and the air con controls were manual and difficult to operate. You can open the window in tge room which allows for air to circulate.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Fawsley Hall. The interior stunningly reflects the Halls history and the rooms were spacious and peaceful. We dined in the restaurant which was relaxing and delicious. The following morning we had breakfast in bed which was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel stay. What stood out the most was the staff. They were impeccable & highly professional. They took great care to ensure we enjoyed our stay and couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. All in all……
